  1.      Welcome to MaxBank!  It seems that you are a new patron here.  We
  2. here at this BBS would like to welcome you to our little bank.
  3. MaxBank is not like a normal bank but rather is a safety deposit box
  4. for your online time.  You may DEPOSIT some of your current time
  5. (limitations are set by your SysOp) and WITHDRAW time.  Depositing
  6. time stores it for use on another day (or BBS session).  Withdrawing
  7. is usually done to give you extra time for downloading larger files
  8. or other BBS functions.  You may even give another user some of your
  9. time if you want!

  11.      MaxBank has limitations to withdrawl and deposit amounts.  These
  12. limitations are set by your bank President (SysOp).  The time is
  13. based upon standard minutes.  Since this is your first call we assume
  14. you will be opening a new account and depositing time.  Once again,
